Objectives.
Description of Work
An extensive business and economic literature on networks exists by now. This literature has yet to be linked more effectively with knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship. Focusing on young firms participating in RJVs under FPs with special emphasis on newly-established firms originating from universities and research centers, this WP will examine the impact of these networks in promoting, shaping or constraining knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship. This analysis will be developed both at the qualitative and the quantitative level. Finally, a second “policy brief” with policy implications that would have arisen from the theoretical and empirical part of the project will be drafted
